Allan will prepare you dinner served in the dining room overlooking the park. The floor to ceiling windows open onto the park in Summer. In Winter an open fire will create the atmosphere.
On the menu, a meal based upon quality fresh local products accompanied by a selection of wines from the Graves and Entre Deux Mers vineyards.
Please book your meal a minimum 24 hours in advance.

For a snack or as part of your picnic lunch why not choose a home-made terrine from our cellar.
A self-service bar is available in the billiard room.
At breakfast, enjoy fresh fruit juice and a hot drink to accompany Allan’s home-made pastries, cakes, jams and yoghurts. Don’t leave without trying a slice of “pastis landais”, a local specialty. Like an egg for breakfast ? We’ll ask our own hens to provide. You can visit them by following the “Poule House” signpost !
